What is your return policy?

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note we do not offer free return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. Import fees for orders outside EU will be deducted.

Are all of your products genuine?

Do I pay customs & import charges if I live outside the EU?

Unfortunately, we have no control over charges in other extra EU countries, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
