We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note we do not offer free return. Return extended to January 6th for orders made from December 1st.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us using our contact form, via telephone, chat or at customerservice@vrients.com.

If your return request has been accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fragrances, books, magazines, swimwear and underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For Extra-EU orders, duty and taxes will be deducted.

All orders placed before 1:00 PM (CEST) will be despatched the same day:

Italy: DHL Express (1-2 Working days)
Italy: GLS Express (1-3 Working days)
Europe: DHL Express (1-2 Working days)
Rest of the world: (2-4 Working days)

Unfortunately, we have no control over charges in other extra EU countries, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

If your order has not been dispatched, you can contact our Customer Service by email, live chat or phone and ask to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been picked up by the courier, we'll be able to adjust the delivery address but we won't be able to cancel it. Please contact us in any case, we are here to help!
